2023…..pretty sure had one with Norah, and really enjoyed it. Also bought some in Florida when we were there.
September 2025…..had with take home cooked chicken, on a salad (Norah’s favourite). Wine was superb. Just love it! Drink last one by summer of 2016, sooner the better.

May 2023....Sunday night steak (bbq prime sirloin - delicious). A nice malbec to be sure, but not overwhelmed by it, maybe was expecting more. Crystal enjoyed her single but large glass which means I drank at least 2/3's of the bottle (feeling it today!) Wine was smooth with a good flavour profile, minor mineral touch to it. Was best with food. (91+)

September 2, 2022......in celebration of Andrew's 34th birthday. Shared with Crystal, had with t-bone steaks. Absolutely delicious! Required aeration and was responding well after 30 minutes. A refined, classy glass of wine. Delicate for Cab Sauv. Had held it for 11 years, without harm. A slight garnet tone. Worth the wait!

Oct 2022.....absolutely lovely. Smooth, rich, flavourful, no edges at all. A wonderful SA wine, and it doesn't remind you of a SA wine, could have been from anywhere.
