Dark Ruby colour. Cherry, dark fruit, blackcurrant, earth, leather. Dry, quite tannic - comes across quite young with a fair bit of acidity. Seems fairly well balanced and given the levels of fruit, tannin and acid may cellar for a while. Feb 2011.

2009 reviewed. Pale straw with slight green rim. Citrus, grapefruit and sharp vegetal comes through along with definite minerality/stone. A dry medium weight wine with lower alcohol, medium plus acidity, no detectable wood and a pretty good length. As it warmed up the herb/vegetal qualities seemed to increase, to it's detriment.
