Pale Straw with platinum rim. The nose offers citrus - grapefruit, green apple, minerality and hint of vegetal. Dry, with medium alcohol (listed at 12.5%), med+ to high acid and a fairly light mouthfeel, it has average length. Seemed fairly ordinary. Feb 2011.

Very pale straw. Citrus - grapefruit, lemon, mineral and a bit of floral along with acid that the nose can feel. A touch of residual sugar, low alcohol, fairly light body even with the spritz and a shorter finish. March 2011.

Very pale straw colour, medium intense aromas of citrus with a bit of floral, slight yeasty. A dry wine with possibly a touch of residual sugar. On the the pallette apple and citrus flavours with med+ acidity. It gets to a medium mouthfeel augmented by the bubbles. Medium length. Fairly one dimensional. Feb 2011.

Medium straw colour with some green tinges. High intensity, funky vegetal, herbal nose with citrus - grapefruit. Light bodied, fairly long finish but the fruit fades a bit and leaves the acid near the end. Seems a bit disjointed - each aspect stands out on it's own but they don't meld together. Feb 2011.

Pale straw, slight green tint on rim. Slightly reserved nose with bright citrus and floral. Dry with some minerality showing up on the mid palate, medium weight and crisp but not overly so. Short finish - a bit bitter. Not a lot of complexity. March 2011.
