I learned to love the tasty juice through my education at George Brown College. I believe there is a perfect bottle for every occasion. I like my Italians Red, my Frenchies White, my Americanos black, and my Brazilians blonde. I believe wine goes with food, with friends, with music, and with days of the week that end in Y.
Cheers to getting your wine on.

Muga Rosé 2011, Doca Rioja
Rioja, Spain$13.95
Great patio sipping Rose. Its like Olivia Newton John in Grease. Its from an exotic country, pretty, refreshing, and pastel pink like Rizzo's jacket. Summer loving is gonna be a blast. Have a bottle of this on the dock for the May 2-4. Tell me more, tell me more.
Taja Reserva 2006, Do Jumilla
Murcia, Spain$15.95
A nice powerful red wine from Jumilla where the vines get a powerful douse of southern Spain sunshine. Like Flo Rida working the paving crew. It's dark, smells like smoke and tar and the deep bass notes linger in your head. Oh oh, sometimes ... I get a good feeling, when I open a bottle of wine. This is wicked if you break it down with a rare roast beef and a side of roast potatoes.
Goats Do Roam White 2011, Wo Western Cape
South Africa$11.95
I tasted this wine with the creator and owner, Charles Back. It’s crafted with the same grape varieties as wine from his favorite French region “Cote de Rhone”. Its like a first date with a small town girl. It smells pretty good, its not complicated or bright, and it would blend nicely with a picnic. Keep a few of these in the fridge to help you get to second base.
Le Tobele Ripasso Valpolicella 2009, Doc
Veneto, Italy$15.95
One tomato , 2 tomato, 3 tomato more. This Valpolicella is nice for Friday night pizza or pasta. Ditch the Alfredo, cause this needs to play tonsil hockey with the red sauce. You gotta buy a few bottles, because like the Riders 2nd half defense, this “disappears” quickly in your mouth. Serve it to your friends like a Blue Jays relief pitcher and they’ll be smiling all the way home. Go RIDERS!
Carrick Pinot Noir 2007, Central Otago, South Island
New Zealand$39.95
Central Otago at it's finest. A perfect mouthful.
The Winery Of Good Hope Chenin Blanc 2009, Wo Stellenbosch
South Africa$13.99
OK party people in the house. This Chenin Blanc has Fresh cut mangos and a slippery backbone that the Maestro will appreciate. At 12 bucks a bottle, put a case of this in your rap sac backpack. Its versatility allows you to pour it on a sunny day to your fancy friends and your hip-hop buds alike.
Domaine Gille Côtes De Nuits Villages 2008, Ac, Prop. Récolt.
Burgundy, France$23.40
Think Sting early nineties. Pull the curtains, light a candle, and turn to a dog eared page in your Kama Sutra. Pour your special friend a glass of this seductive Pinot Noir. Or... ready the grill and serve this with Cedar planked Salmon.
Josef Chromy Pinot Noir 2008, Tasmania
Australia$19.95
Think Sting early nineties. Pull the curtains, light a candle, and turn to a dog eared page in your Kama Sutra. Pour your special friend a glass of this seductive Pinot Noir. Or... ready the grill and serve this with Cedar planked Salmon.
Coyote's Run Red Paw Vineyard Pinot Noir 2009, VQA Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula
Ontario, Canada$24.95
2009 in Ontario was the prime year for Pinot production. This is one of the first released and it is worth every penny and more. The Red Paw Pinot Noir is like seeing Pearl Jam in concert. There is an anxious anticipation when you see it in the glass, a familiar sweet smell in the air, and a homey realization that its gonna hit every note. Take a bottle drink it down, and pass it around. Invite wild eyed crazy Mary over and pair this with Ontario prosciutto and some Upper Canada Niagara Gold Cheese.
