February 2020....Sunday night dinner with the kids and Jack, eggplant parm on the menu, went perfectly. Jack & I finished off the bottle which we both enjoyed. Dark and flavourful. Probably would have enjoyed more earlier in its evolution. Drink second one before end of summer/20.
Feb 2022....hope last one was had back in 2020??

2016? absolutely loved the first one, much more refined than your typical Aussie shiraz, juicy, lean, medium bodied
Mar 2018...not as enamored as 1st bottle, needs to breathe min 30 minutes but still enjoyed (had with Chinese food, seemed to work)
Nov 2019....maybe a little late but wine has not suffered...delicate & tasty...with pizza and some beef stroganoff, would seemingly go with anything. I`m not an Aussie fan anymore but a wine like this could alter my opinion.
