Terrific. Enjoyed a bottle while watching the sunset in Maui on my wedding day. Doesn't get much better.

An outstanding Malbec from Argentina. Beautiful garnet colour. Silky smooth with light pepper on the palate. Lovely tanins. A very enjoyable wine. Tasted January 2012.

Lovely Chardonnay. Some smokey toasted oak flavours, and a nice creamy butterscotch finish. Somewhat on the pricey side, but as the saying goes... you get what you pay for. Tasted December 2011.

Château Lafaurie Peyraguey 2007, Ac Sauternes

Enjoyable dessert wine. Reminds me of icewine, but not as sweet. Tasted Nov. 2011.
Tawse Quarry Road Chardonnay 2009, Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula
Ontario, Canada$34.95
Had great expectations based on the reviews. Unfortunately it didn't live up to them. Notba bad Chardonnay, but I wasn't wowed by it either. Not very creamy or buttery and had a bit of a sour smokey taste. Perhaps a bit of cellerring would have made a difference.
