Nose of an expensive and complex wine. First glass tasted well over the hill and pruney. Needs to breathe and then it opens up and volatile funkiness disappears leaving a woody old world wine with good length and complexity. Needs food but good deal. Drink now but let breathe.

Cedar colour and sandlewood at the fore, with beautiful length and complexity in Feb '21. At peak as it doesnt have the stuffing to keep improving. Old world complexity, not new modern lushness. A unique wine and nice, welcome throwback
