Still holding but time to drink up. Starting to brick around the rim so not an old fogey, and it still displays a Peter Pan brightness but it's past the point where any additional complexity from age would compensate for fading charms

Still holding nicely, a great balance of complexity, viscosity and acidity so common of Dr. Hermann's wines. Yummy

2016? Well, maybe not. Amber and almost ice wine in colour at this point, its well past it's best before date. Easy to tell this was a special child but at this late date, instead of interesting funky and complex flavours often shown by aged whites, it's very reserved, closed, and maybe a bit grassy. Interesting experiment.
