Dark ruby in colour with a medium intense nose.
Smooth, juicy, crisp and yummy
Positives: This wine features cedar, prunes, blackberry, mulberry, raspberry, leather, licorice sour cherry, espresso, thyme & mustard seed. Full body with medium+ tannins with good acidity & a long length.
Negatives: A little heat from the 14% alcohol
Interesting Note: Decant for an hour before serving
Drink now or in the next 7-10 years on its own or pair it with grilled Rosemary/Dijon crusted lamp chops.

Densely fruited yet remarkably fresh and vibrant. Oak is well in check, fine acidity, well structured. Everything here is in excellent balance. Very nicely done. drinking well now but can easily hold a few years. Tasted Sep 2014.
Look for the word PRUNO on the bottle, like in the picture. And that it what I taste, prunes. Smooth and pleasant, I think it is a decent value for the price, but not amazing.
Bright and vibrant but with an elegance and complexity that lingers. Lots of herbal and gentle spice notes here overlaying a bed of great fruit. The vibrant balance of this wine is what impresses the most. Very enjoyable.
Dark fruit tastes and nice acidity. Worked well with lamb stew. Very nice but not outstanding. 89/90
