This is an inspired, outstanding wine. A terrific example of county chardonnay.
The 2010 Exultet Estates 'The Blessed' Chardonnay is a medium bodied, fruity wine with intense aromas of apple, supple oak and sweet vanilla. It has some limestone minerality, focused structure with good acidity and a long, clean finish. It is food friendly as well as an excellent standalone sipper; drink it now or hold for few years. My impression: BEAUTIFUL, 90-91 pts. Tasted Sept/12.

A well balanced Chardonnay elaborated for 16 months in new French oak.
This wine is a nice, pale gold in color and its nose greets us with aromas of butter and breadfruit. Tasting it, we find a lively wine where the aromas first detected are found again, accompanied by flavors of lemon, tangerine and a hint of vanilla on the finish. The tangerine persists throughout its long finish.
A very nice Chardonnay that fully deserves its laurels!

Delicate aromas of apple, floral and honey. Light-bodied with mineral, almond, and pear notes on palate. Very well balanced with a long finish. Tasted Sept/2012.
