Not much happening for me here. I almost get residual sugar on the finish, which I wasn't expecting on a Sauvignon Blanc.

Young and fruity for sure. Not my style, but not unpleasant. I'm not sure that I had tried a Nouveau from Italy before.

Nice Ontario red wine blend at a great price.

Beringer Founders Estate Merlot 2010

Medium bodied and fruity - and little bit tart on the finish - but quite enjoyable.

Volcanes Summit Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2011

Not sure if the 2011 is the vintage still on the shelf, but this is a great little wine for under $10. Ripe red fruit, but not too jammy and the 14% alc is in good balance.

François Schwach Le Crémant Blanc De Blancs 2007, Ac Alsace

The hazelnut and apricot on the nose didn't come through as I had hoped on the palate. A little tart, but still a nice bubbly for the price.

Great aromas of blackberry and spice. Drank it with lamb chops as suggested and we really enjoyed it. Best of all, it's on sale for $15.00 until Jan 23!
