Goldeneye Pinot Noir 2009, Anderson Valley
California, Usa$62.95
A lovely new world pinot. A little on the pricey side, but if you're looking for something that need not to be shaken nor stirred, then this is a perfect choice to pair with your favourite James Bond flick. Tasted January 2013.
Hewitson Miss Harry 2009, Barossa Valley, South Australia
South Australia, Australia$19.95
A very enjoyable red blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre, Cinsault and Carignan from Australia's Barossa Valley. Medium bodied with light tannins, but still packing some punch with its 14% alcohol. Flavours of dark berries, cherries, pepper, and leather. Priced at under $24, this wine is an excellent value. Tasted May 2012.

Average in comparison to other sauternes I've tasted. Not bad, but not great either.
