Allison has been professionally passionate about wine and food for eight years. In that short time, Allison has traveled across Canada to work at some of the finest establishments focussed on premium wine, food and service.
She is certified in Food and Beverage Management from George Brown College. As well as a Vineyard and Winery Technician from Niagara College. She is also certified through the International Sommelier Guild and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She is currently completing her WSET Diploma.

Deep colour. Impressive complexity on the nose - blackberries, blueberries, shoe polish, coffee, dark chocolate. Doesn't follow through so well on the palate. Medium body, medium length. Overall really good value.

Clear medium ruby colour with purple highlights. Seductive, complex nose with aromas of white pepper, lilacs, tar, sweet spice, toast, blackberry, plums, leather, bovine and blueberries. Dry, medium fine grained tannins. Medium body. Medium length. Medium minus intensity of flavours. White pepper, spice and berries. Over all good quality. Drink now or keep 1-2 years.

Clear medium gold colour. Slow thick tears. Loads of minerality on the nose, a little flint, buttermilk, light cereal note, quince, pie crust, fresh pears. Generous body and viscous weight balanced with high acidity. Round flavours of lees, cream, yellow apples. Medium plus length.

Medium garnet colour. Very viscous tears. Intense aromas of dark cherries, plum, pepper, toast and tar with light notes of potpourri. Definitely developing. Evident VA. Bright, lifting acidity. Well integrated high alcohol. Flavours of dried strawberries, black currants, spice and dry forest floor.

A light gold coloured wine. Moderate expression; notable aromas of almonds, lemon pith and a floral character similar to magnolias. On the palate, the wine is well balanced. Medium bodied with nutty flavours. Alcohol is a touch warm. Length is medium. Excellent value for an everyday kind of wine.

Medium ruby colour with thick, slow tears. Prominent aromas of blackberry and black currants. Secondary aromas of licorice root, tar and decaying leafs and spice. Flavours of dark chocolate, spice and a hint of cedar. The structure is high alcohol, medium fine tannins and medium acidity. Medium finish. A good Cabernet Sauvignon with intriguing qualities.

Twinkling bright light yellow colour. Classic clean aromas of sprite, lime, crushed stone. High acidity balanced with a touch of residual sugar. A generous length to the flavours.
Well worth picking up a few bottles to enjoy over the next 5+ years.

Clear light gold colour. Medium expression. Aromas of oak, butter, caramel, Bartlett pears. Highlighted by nuances of baby breath and flint. Bold flavours of spice, lemon rind, melted butter and stone are supported by ample alcohol and acidity. It's delicious. I'll decant it to get the most out of this bottle.

Clear deep hued ruby. Highly complex aromatic nose. Pure aromas of dark cherries, cedar, ripe raspberries, earth, fresh thyme. Firm yet supple tannins. High acidity. Velvety texture. Warming alcohol. Medium length. Execellent food wine. Suggestion: braised lamb.
