Allison has been professionally passionate about wine and food for eight years. In that short time, Allison has traveled across Canada to work at some of the finest establishments focussed on premium wine, food and service.
She is certified in Food and Beverage Management from George Brown College. As well as a Vineyard and Winery Technician from Niagara College. She is also certified through the International Sommelier Guild and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She is currently completing her WSET Diploma.

Grande couleur rubis. Intensité moyenne. Des arômes de cerise, de la terre avec une touche d'herbes salées. Bouche agréable. Moyen tanins fermes doux. Une acidité vive. De longueur moyenne. Je me sens comme ce vin va évoluer dans mon verre. Worth décantation ou d'attente.
