Perrin & Fils La Gille Gigondas 2007, Ac

The Perrin brothers 2007 Gigondas is quite forward and accessible at the moment, with baked red and black fruit...
An honest, beautifully balanced and approachable Gigondas wih a nose of fresh earth, fig, cedar spice and red plum....
This has soft, meaty-grainy and floral nose with moss, herbs and some alcohol. It's soft, open, fleshy and hot - too...

This is a nice blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah from Rhone-south in France. it has rich tastes of berries. A full-bodied Rhone wine, that is very easy to drink and I really like the Grenache and Syrah blended with mineral taste. Drink it now or cellar it for a few more years. i will buy this wine again.
Complex nose of raspberry, black cherry, black currants, plums, cedar, sweet spices and Herbs de Provence. On the palate, this medium to full body wine has well integrated flavours, smooth texture, fresh acidity and drying tannins. This Gigondas finish is savoury with grainy tannins. I enjoyed this wine with BBQ Lamb, and it matched beautifully.
