70% Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) with Canaiolo making up most of the remaining blend, the medium-high intensity nose is fresh with earthy, savoury, dark fruited, ripe dark berry, and clove spice aromas. It has very nice aroma replays on the dry, medium-full bodied palate, and is supported by juicy acids and big, structured tannins. Long, earthy, clove, and savoury finish.
