90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The medium intensity nose delivers red cherry, clove, and spice tones surrounding a savoury core. The medium+ bodied palate has spicy aroma replays supported by fresh, vibrant acids. Tannins have some structure and are a touch grippy. Long, tannic finish. Needs 3-4 years of cellar time. Tasted Sept/2019.

Goes very well with red sauce pasta. Really brings out the sweetness of the tomato sauce.
