This wine helped me win a gold medal in my wine/food pairing class (with Aloo Tikki and 2 chutneys). It's definitely more than off-dry but maintains a crispness and balanced acidity with pear, spices, and citrus. Everyone that has tasted this wine has raved about it. Rieslings from Wehlener Sonnenuhr have excellent reviews and outstanding value. Drink by 2015.
