The smokey oak flavours of this California chardonnay go especially well with cedar plank saulmon on a warm summer evening.

Karlo Estates Chardonnay "Choa" 2010, Prince Edward County Bottle
Karlo Estates Chardonnay "Choa" 2010, Prince Edward County
Ontario, Canada
$25.00

The different wood barrel blend of cherry, hickory, oak and ash, usually reserved for aging balsamic vinegar adds an interesting twist to the chardonnay. Very unique and highly recommend if you have an adventurous palate. Tasted January's 2013.
