Oak that may have started out subtle when Steve tasted this wine in 2010 is now quite pronounced. I still get some chocolate through the oak though there's not much fruit evident. The length is quite good so it's still a good buy at $11.40 but it might be a bit past its prime.

This was stocked at the LCBO instead of the expected 2007 vintage. At $16.20 per bottle, it was a great buy. Green pepper on the nose with a nice finish.
