This is a red wine drinkers summer wine for a hot day with mildly flavoured meat dishes like bbq pork or lamb...
A rabid skin bleed gives a brilliant pink zirconia hue, thanks to an extended (12-hour) maceration. Perhaps it should...

Vibrant pink hue. Red berry fruity Rose that is essentially dry but there is residual sugar apparent. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, a touch spicey with a slightly bitter finish. As is typical with Rose, it is quite food friendly. Good length. I love the bargains on good de-listed wines at the LCBO. Stock up while you can. Oct. 2015.
Wish I had bought more of these at the 7.45 sale price. A slight bitterness and I slight spritziness. I don't detect the sweetness noted by others. Quite full bodied.
