This was really top notch stuff here, everything well integrated. Probably had another 5 yrs left in it.
Smooth, rich and complex. I just bought three more.
Opaque ruby purple. This Malbec with a splash of Merlot shows red fruits, blackberry, green herbal and evergreen elements, salt, pepper and a hint of ketchup. Oak influence is minimal. It is medium-full bodied with medium acidity in an integrated and balanced package. Tannins are fine grained and soft. Excellent length, but notable alcohol heat at the end. A smooth, quaffable Malbec from off the beaten track. Feb. 2015.
Great value after-2 years of waiting. Black cherry and plum notes has great wirh finished. Will be on my recommended list. Nov-2016
