Blend of Monterey County, Santa Barbera County and Sonoma County PN.
Ruby red with a blue rim, almost opaque. Slow thick tears forming.
On the nose, fruity and floral with hints of cherries, raspberries, violets, vanilla and baking spice.
Palate follows nose. It is balanced, luscious on tongue, medium bodied and hint of tannins.
Nice lingering finish.
Married well with turkey wild mushroom risotto.
Super silky smooth and sweet on the palate. It tastes like other varietals might have been added (Syrah???). This is an easy drinker and a crowd pleaser, but too soft and jammy to be considered a serious wine with a rating of 92pts by WS... really?

Deep ruby in colour with a medium to medium+ intensity on the nose.
Well this was a disappointment. Belle Glos makes some wonderful Pinot's in their higher end wines, but this entry wine for them has very little Pinot qualities & a lot of jammy sweet notes, more reminiscent of cheap California Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
