Love the fresh peppery, spicy, savoury nose with bits of meat, blackberry, roast pepper, leather and balsamic aromas....

Vibrant deep crimson; seductive blend of black and red fruits, and well integrated oak.
the palate is medium bodied, silky and smooth, excellent acidity and tremendous length. reviewed by Ben edwards, winecompanion July 17, 2012

This is classic Aussie shiraz (notwithstanding Szabo's objection to the use of that term). It has impressive structure and complexity on both the nose and the palate, with peppery notes and plenty of black/blue fruit. It is, however, edging a little too far toward the jammy, overripe end of the spectrum for my taste. But then again, I'm not a huge fan of Aussie shiraz.
