Malivoire ranks among the most innovative ... Niagara wineries, making very elegant, supple wines. Chardonnay is a forte, and this packs lovely butterscotch, mild toasty oak, cashew and baked apple flavours. It’s medium weight, elegant and lively with a cool, mineral finish. The ripeness of the 2010 vintage is nicely tamed. Score: 90 (David Lawrason, winealign.com, Feb. 6, 2012)Critic Reviews (4)

Soft, supple and flavorful. Aromas of ripe apple and pear with a hint of citrus and creamy nuttiness. Apricot and peach notes enter on the palate with an elegantly integrated seam of oak. Medium body and finish. Very elegant.
This is a wine that certainly punches above its weight for value and quality. Flavours of baking spice, clementine orange, ripe orchard fruit and a mineral finish, this is a constant in our cellars. Enjoy with grilled halibut or salmon, roast chicken or medium hard cheeses like Mimolette or aged Cheddar.
