make sure you decant for about 30-45 minutes to release the beauty behind this wine I loved the way it was really masculin but also soft and silky. the milk chocolate mocha notes are really noticeable.

I thought this wine was quite good. The flavor profile opened up nicely while the bottle was being enjoyed and showed a juicy profile with a firm structure.
Cork smelled lovely on this one. Delicious aromas of red berries, and wood/earth permeate from the glass. Dried fruit (prune/figs), finishing with milk chocolate and mocha. Medium-full bodied with a clean finish. Could be aged a little longer (1-2 years), but definitely ready to drink now. This wine will go well with the chicken biryani that I'll be enjoying tonight. Tasted Sept/2011.
