A lovely rose from Niagara's Flat Rock Cellars. Light strawberry and floral flavours. Excellent length. Would make for a refreshing summer drink for those warm days lounging by the pool. Tasted February 2012.
A wine showing varietal typicity, it is fragrant and plush. A bit more acidity to provide a more interesting structure would have helped immensely. Tasted June 2011.
