Pale bright straw colour; aromas of citrus, apple, pear and ripe peach with mineral/floral notes and hints of spice; off-dry, medium bodied, with zesty acidty and flavours of apple, lime, pear and peach; refreshing medium to long finish. Serving Suggestion The perfect patio sipper also great with light seafood dishes, Hawaiian pizza, quiche, white meats or less spicy Asian fare.Critic Reviews (1)
This off dry white has aromas of orange blossom, ripe pear, custard and hints of nutmeg. The palate is creamy smooth...

Medium+ straw in colour with medium to medium+ intensity on the nose.
Positives: Lychee, peach, pear & apricot on the nose. The taste is similar as the nose with additions of pink grapefruit, lemon & limestone. Medium body, high acidity & medium+ length.
Negatives: Too much tartness on the taste.
Interesting Thing: Don't over chill this wine as it will dull the aromatic notes.
Drink now & pair it with spinach salad with raspberry dressing. Good palate cleanser.

This blend of Riesling, Chardonnay & Gewurtztraminer blend has the crisp acid of a Riesling but the both and perfume of the other varieties. White blossom, peach and gentle lemon on the nose that follows through on the palate with balanced with clean citrus finish
