100% Sangiovese. This has a fairly shy and restrained nose that is savoury with dark fruit, earthy mineral, and oak aromas, along with hints of dark red cherry, and herbs. It's medium-bodied on the dry palate with delicious, tasty, and savoury aroma replays on the flavour profile. It has very good, well-balanced acids, alongside smooth, dusty textured tannins. Long and savoury on the finish. Tasted May 2026.
