This blend of 90% Sangiovese, and the rest equal parts Merlot and Syrah, has a medium to medium-high intensity nose that is a touch reductive, followed by dark fruit, dark cherry, clove, spices, and earthy aromas. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has very good density and concentration, alongside fresh acidity which supports the red & black fruit, vanilla, oak, and earthy flavours. Supple tannins are nicely textured. Earthy, spice, and dark cherry notes linger on the long finish. Tasted May 2026.
