This unoaked blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache that was vinified without adding sulfites has a fresh, medium-high intensity nose of peppery, savoury, minerally, black raspberry, and red & black cherry aromas. It's medium-full bodied with very good concentration on dry palate with delicious garrigue, peppery, black plum, black raspberry, cherry, and spice flavours with savoury undertones. It has very good, juicy acidity, and elegant tannins that offer a supple grip. Lovely spice, pepper, and mineral notes linger on the long, tasty finish. Tasted July 2025.
