45% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. Lovely, deep, medium-high intensity nose of black & red fruits, currants, cassis, wet earth, and savoury oak aromas, plus a whiff of reductive notes. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it is dense with smooth, well-structured tannins, alongside fresh, structured acids. Lovely fine oak spice and black & red fruit aroma replays are joined by touches of black cherry, floral, and graphite on the rich flavour profile. Excellent length on the finish with succulent, savoury oak, currant & cassis notes. Tasted Oct. 2025.
