The fresh, open nose of medium-high to high intensity delivers a ripe bouquet of plum, dark red berry, black cherry & blackberry aromas with a touch of jamminess, plus savoury meaty & peppercorn notes. It's medium+ to medium-full bodied on the dry palate w/ pleasing aroma replays of meaty, peppercorn, dark berry, cherry & savoury touches of wood spice. Acids are very good, while the ripe tannins are smooth & elegant. There's good structure on the long, very smooth & tasty finish. Tasted Dec. 2024. Score: 91+ pts
