Now ten years of age this pours very deep lemon yet appears to have time remaining. It has a generous complex, mature...
Full fleshy riesling with a solid core of acidity and intensity to raise up fruit away from the sweet and syrup...

Wonderful wine
Pours medium-deep yellow, offering a mature, medium+ intensity nose of citrus, honeyed, lemon, and apple tones. Still has vibrant, finely-tuned acids on the medium-sweet palate. Very good fruit flavours with some leesy hints. Shows fine balance throughout, with brilliant acidity keeping the sweetness in check. Finish length is excellent. Even at 10 years of age, this has many years to go. Tasted Aug/2019.

Very dense and full bodied, with perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity. Reminds me of a block of granite, oddly.
