Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, Sonoma County
California, Usa$39.95
I discussed this wine with the sommelier at the Beringer Estate when I was there in April 2019. He said it was very cellarable, but we did not talk about specific vintages. I am going to say this could be drunk anytime.
Errazuriz Max Reserva Syrah 2010, Aconcagua Valley
Chile$18.95
Drank a bottle on Sept. 04 2015. A beautiful, bold blackberry toned wine. Lots of leggy tannins.
Rocca Delle Macie Chianti Classico 2016, Docg
Tuscany, Italy$18.95
This is a typical Chianti that's offers a lot for the money. It has a lovely harmonious nose with aromas of red cherry and raspberry fruit with some herbal and forest floor notes. There is some vibrancy to the palate with a degree of elegance and a dry fruity and mildly tannic finish. Very good length. Try with a Bolognese sauce. Best 2018 to 2020. Tasted August 2017.
Mcwilliam's Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon 2015, Hunter Valley
New South Wales, Australia$17.75
Keep these for a couple of years, at least till 2018, and up to 2021, when they will likely be best
