Deeper and darker that most Burgundies in this price range; perhaps more like a Pinot from Oregon. Nose of cherry and spice, I found this enjoyable. Medium bodied and quite dry, it tastes of cherry and cinnamon with a hint of spice on the finish. Good now but will also cellar well. (Northof9finewine, April 2011)
