Riper than I was expecting. I picked up alot of tropical fruits on the nose. Flavours follow through on that vein, along with apple and some lemony notes. Very nice balance between the residual sugar (6g/L) and acidity. Really delicious and worthy of multiple bottle purchase, especially given the $16 price tag. Tasted May 2015....restasted July 2015 with consistent notes. Yummy good value.
