Really quite a fine white Bourgogne for the price, from the small but very fine Caradeux premier cru vineyard. Length...

A really good example of white Burgundy. There's a good amount of citrus, along with nutty, spicy, and flinty/minerally notes. It's mid weight on the palate with medium acidity with the minerality shining through on the long finish as the reminder that it's from Burgundy. I'd love to stash a couple away for a few years because it's really nice right now, but it's going to be a ton better with a bit of age. That being said, I'm pretty happy with this in the glass.
