The 2014 Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from vineyards in the Stellenbosch, Paarl, Robertson and Worcester regions, has attractive aromas of lemon and gooseberry on the nose and lime, yellow apple, gooseberry and pineapple on the palate. It is a medium bodied, dry, fruity wine; with crisp acidity, subtle minerality and a medium, refreshing finish. This wine drinks well with food or on its own; drink now – 2016/17 (screw cap enclosure). My impression: NICE, 88-89 pts – recommended for its quality and value. Tasted in Jul/14.
