This is definitely a bit of an oddball for most consumers, but it's something that should be searched out. Pale ruby in the glass, the nose bursts with cherry, cranberry, raspberry and black pepper notes. On the palate, it's light-bodied with light tannins and medium acidity. It's incredibly refreshing, quite complex, and has a reasonably long finish. Plus, it's a conversation starter at the dinner table. What's not to like about it? Tasted September 2014
