This went really nice with our meal. It was light yet flavorful. Great value again for the price. Went well with fish.
Completely agree with steve
Current vintage is 2015, but that doesn't seem to be listed. Quite assertive, acidic and dry, but goes well with food. Not a wine of elegance and depth, and a bit short on the finish. However, the price point is attractive so I will keep buying despite some ambivalence and a 'sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't' quality to the flavour profile.
Certainly, I am much less ambivalent about Periquita Red and Periquite Rose, so these will continue to be regular stalwarts (altho not sure the rose has been turning up in Ontario recently).
awful - don't do again
