The 2012 Nigl Gärtling Grüner Veltliner has subtle notes of wet slate minerality, and green apple and lime on both the nose and palate. It is a light bodied, dry, fruity wine; with crisp acidity and a medium finish. This is a food friendly wine; drink now to 2016+. My impression: NICE, 87-88 pts.
