Rich black cherry and vanilla, but not sweet. Nice acidity and tannin balance and a hit of spice on the finish. I'm really enjoying this one.
The 2011 Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested from organically grown grapes, has intense aromas of blackberry, stems, faint eucalyptus and oak + vanilla. It is a medium bodied, dry, fruity wine; with forward acidity, refined tannins and a medium to long, chalky, vanilla finish. Drink with food or bring to a party; drink now – 2018. My impression: NICE, 89 pts. Tasted Dec/13 at iYellow Cave.

Licorice, spice, blackberry and light floral notes are pretty on the nose of this organic California Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a medium-bodied red, with tart raspberry and blackberry notes on the palate and a splash of acidity that keeps things bright and lively.
