This pale golden Chablis with a slight green tinge has a vervy vibe, fitting the Chablis chard mould. The nose emits freshness, sour cream, citrus, some peach and plenty of minerality. On the mouthfeel there's a medium weight and crisp acidity, making it a fine accoutrement to a wide array of vittles. A good value. January 2014.
