Green apple and melon with just a hint of citrus on the nose, accompanied by Vanilla yogurt and lightly grilled nuts. The acidy and tannins are in good balance with the medium intensity of the fruit. The finish is long carrying a bit of almond skin flavour. Scallops, grilled or a cream base chicken or pasta dish would work well with this wine.
A nice easy chardonnay.
