I have enjoyed this spanish Tempranillo medium body wine. It is dark ruby in colour with intense nose, quite oaky but pleasant and long length. It is oak aged for 4 months in French and American barrels. It paired well with chicken potates paprikas I had for dinner today. It will definetely pair well with a steak.

Deep ruby in colour with a low to medium intense nose.
Not a traditional Tempranillo but it’s smooth and easy drinking
Positives: This wine features integrated oak, blackberry, cherry, licorice, dried herbs & a slightly musty nose. Medium body & tannins with good acidity & a fairly long length.
Negatives: None
Drink now or over the next 2 years on its own or pair it with Pisto Manchego.
