Subtle stone fruit, baked apple, lemon curd, mineral nose. Classic sheeting legs and a pale greenish straw color. The palette is lean, dry and mineral. Apricot, lemon and a slight astringent floral finish. Bright acidity wakes up a salivary responce immediately. Solid wine for $15, should not be served too cold though, much risk of muting fruit and exaggerating acidity.
Lemon, melons, and oranges on the nose. On the palate there is a crisp acidity and plenty of fruit. The wine is light-to-medium bodied and screaming to be paired with food.
