Everithing was perfect, dinner with good friends, and this wine was sooo goood.. with Lamb..
This Rioja is very aromatic with plums, vanilla, cinnamon and minerals on the nose. The palate is smooth, elegant with well integrated tannins. The finish as medium length with light berries, vanilla and sweet spices. Definitely a mature wine which has started to lose some of its fruit and structure and should be drank over the next year. Enjoyable when paired with the right food.
