A 50/50 blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah, this has a fresh, lifted, open, and medium-high to highly aromatic nose with lovely, savoury, volcanic minerals & spices, and earth alongside red cherry, floral, rose, and ripe plum aromas. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has very nice aroma replays supported by fresh acids and grippy tannins. Pleasing savoury and volcanic mineral notes linger on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted Nov. 2025.
