This blend of 50% Assyrtiko and 50% Malagousia has an elegant, medium to medium-high intensity nose that is ripe with stone fruit, lime/lemon citrus, jasmine, and green herbal aromas. The medium-full bodied palate is clean, crisp, and dry with vibrant acidity lifting the lovely stone fruit, lime citrus, and herbal flavours, joined by spice notes.
